Most routes operate 7 days per week with times spread out throughout the day. Please search your specific origin and destination for further details
Do you go to the airport?
Our partner carriers have several airports within their service area which you will see listed in the drop down menu when making your booking
Do you only go to NYC?
Our partner carriers offer service between multiple city pairs, both from New York City and between other points across the Northeast. Please see our Routes page for more information on the corridors served (Note that intermediate points are often served. Just go to the drop-down menu and select the city/town of interest)

Feel free to reach out to us at info@uptownvans.com and we will review your request and discuss with our partner carriers to see what can be implemented.
Do you offer charter services?
Some of our partner carriers do offer charter services. To inquire about rates and availability for your group contact us at info@uptownvans.com and we will be happy to assist
Do the vans make rest stops?
Rest breaks are at the discretion of the carrier. If you have any needs, please communicate with the carrier directly.
How do I book a trip between fixed points?
Select the origin and destination in the drop-down menu and purchase the ticket accordingly. The carrier will call to confirm your reservation. Make sure to select the correct pickup point, as stops will often be bypassed if there is nobody scheduled to be picked up there on a particular trip. If there are any adjustments that need to be made, please contact the carrier.
How do I book a trip involving door-to-door zone?
For door-to-door pickup, fill in the field for the address that you will be picked up at, along with your phone number. The carrier will verify that it is within the proper service area and then call you with an approximate window for when they expect to reach your pickup address. The time which is listed on the reservation is the time that pickups begin for that service area. There may be some variance depending on traffic, passenger volume, and the location of the other pickups within the zone.
If your trip involves a door-to-door drop-off, make sure the address listed in the field is correct. Follow the instructions for boarding depending on whether your origin was a door-to-door zone or a fixed point.
How do I cancel my trip?
If your ticket is refundable or eligible for credit, there will be an option to cancel.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No need to print your ticket. Just show your reservation to the driver on your phone.
I missed the van? Can I board the next one with the same ticket?
If the ticket is eligible for flex, it must be rescheduled with the carrier
